By accessing this website or booking services with Bay Fast Movers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Bay Fast Movers provides professional moving and transportation services for residential, commercial, and long-distance relocations within our service areas.

Local and long-distance movesLoading/unloadingPacking/unpackingFurniture assembly/disassemblyStorage coordination (when applicable)


3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.A valid phone number and address are required to secure a booking.Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding your moving needs.Ensure accessibility to pickup and delivery locations.Secure parking or permits where necessary.Remove valuables, cash, jewelry, and fragile items unless specially disclosed.Supervise the moving process or assign a representative.

5. Liability & Limitations

We are not liable for damage caused by items packed by the customer or structural damage due to oversized furniture.Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party vendors are not the responsibility of Bay Fast Movers.Claims for damage or loss must be made within 48 hours of service completion, accompanied by photos.We reserve the right to refuse to move items deemed hazardous, illegal, or dangerous.

6. Insurance & Claims

Bay Fast Movers offers basic coverage in accordance with local/state moving regulations. For high-value items, we recommend third-party moving insurance for full protection.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move may be eligible for a full refund.Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service estimate.No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Use of Website

The content on our website is for informational purposes only and is subject to change.You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any site content without written consent.Use of this site for illegal or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited
